CMIG’s research findings during pandemic show senior citizens and their caregivers need more support in digital practices, monitoring their health, coping in absence of domestic help or caregivers and beating stress. CMIG AgeSafe is an umbrella platform bringing together useful demonstrations from experts of measuring vitals, correctly washing hands, using Skype, Facebook and paying bills; simple and healthy microwave recipes and moreover yoga training and dance steps by senior citizens themselves. This is an extension of CMIG’s regular digital, dance therapy and other supportive workshops aimed to make senior citizens happy and self sufficient. This will be followed up by periodic practical workshops later.
